The North Avenue Apartments at Georgia Tech

With over 8,000 beds available on Georgia Tech's campus, we are prepared to offer you a variety of lodging options. Our campus features three housing styles: traditional, apartment, and suite. Each of our buildings include air-conditioned rooms, lounge areas, and study spaces. Many of our buildings include recreational amenities, as well. Finally, we're proud to offer linen services when requested, including bedding and towels.

Traditional

Double-occupancy bedrooms with shared bathroom and shower facilities on each floor are available. Approximately 2,000 traditional beds are available each summer.

Private single-occupancy bedrooms with shared kitchen, living room and semi-private bathroom facilities are available. Approximately 2,000 apartment beds are available each summer.

Suites

Two double-occupancy bedrooms with adjoining semi-private bathroom facilities are available. Approximately 500 suite-style beds are available each summer.
