Guest Housing

Guest and Provost Housing

Thank you for your interest in renting through Conference Services, a unit of Housing & Residence Life (HRL).

We’re excited to offer guest housing to visiting scholars, faculty, HRL candidate interviewees, and employees! Whether you’re here for a short stay or an extended visit, our guest housing provides a comfortable and convenient home away from home. With a minimum stay of 14 nights and up to 12 months, you’ll have plenty of time to settle in and make the most of your experience at Georgia Tech—unless otherwise approved by the Executive Director of Housing & Residence Life or their designee.

To get started, a sponsorship from a Georgia Tech department is required and must be confirmed before check-in. We’re happy to offer guest and family housing apartments, so you and your loved ones can enjoy a welcoming and supportive environment during your stay.

Reservations for guest housing are processed on a space-available basis. The number of rooms is limited, and early reservations are encouraged.
