Georgia Tech offers a wide variety of meeting spaces to fit your conference’s needs. Our meeting spaces are fully equipped with audio/visual equipment. Whether your conference calls for a classroom, executive boardroom, or performing arts theater, we are sure to find an ideal environment for your meetings and events. Some of our meeting spaces are detailed below.

Housing Spaces

Classroom

Activity Room in Center Street Apartments

Residential housing buildings contain a variety of activity spaces, meeting rooms, and boardrooms. Many rooms have built in technology including audio/visual projection equipment and cable television access. The locations are scattered throughout campus, making the perfect space more convenient than you might imagine.

Clough Auditorium

The Instructional Center, Couch and Skiles Buildings are a few of the classroom buildings which offer conference groups a wide array of over 50 lecture halls, classrooms and meeting spaces. The rooms include everything from large 300-seat auditoriums with fixed tables and chairs to small adjustable set-up conference rooms.

Georgia Tech offers conference goers a variety of locations to hold their meetings.

Ferst Center for the Arts

The Ferst Center is a beautiful 1,150-seat state-of-the-art performing arts theater. Among the theater’s amenities are technologically advanced audio and lighting systems and ticketing services. In addition to the main hall, The Ferst Center also houses the Richards and Westbrook galleries. The multi-functional rooms can accommodate up to 150 people each depending on the requested configuration.

Student Center & Student Center Commons

Directly connected to each other, the student center and commons offer a number of meeting locations sized from 12 person conference rooms to larger meeting rooms accommodating up to 60 people. The Student Center Ballroom, located on the third floor, has a capacity of up to 500 people depending on the setup configuration and can be divided into two distinct rooms. The 1st floor of the Student Center holds Tech Rec, which offers a variety of options for casual meeting space and recreation with its bowling lanes, pool tables, video-gaming area, and multipurpose room.

Academy of Medicine

The Historic Academy of Medicine at Georgia Tech, after extensive restoration and improvements, is now open and accepting reservations. The spacious auditorium provides seating for 250, ideal for ceremonies, seminars, musical performances or lectures.

Technology Square

Technology Square contains unique facilities that are designed for the discriminating meeting planner. Facilities include the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center, the Global Learning Center, and various retail establishments.

Student Services Building

Adjacent to the Ferst Center and the Student Center, the Student Services Building has a 150-seat auditorium. The room is perfect as a smaller general session or large breakout space. A two-story atrium provides a bright, sunny location for receptions and refreshment breaks.

Student Success Center

The Success Center offers multi-use meeting and event space with a unique view not found anywhere else. The Center is integrated into Bobby Dodd Stadium, with one side made up entirely of glass windows overlooking the historic Grant Football Field and downtown Atlanta skyline. The 3,500 square foot President’s Suite can be divided into any combination of one to four rooms. The 3,000 square foot Press Room can be divided into two rooms. A 96-seat theatre offers rear projection capabilities with additional AV equipment built into the podium.
