Lodging and Cost Information
ELIGIBILITY
Soccer Stays GT Summer Lodging is available to any adult (18+) seeking accommodations who is attending, volunteering, or working with soccer-related activities in Atlanta this summer.
Minors are not permitted to stay unless they are staying with a parent or guardian. One parent or guardian is required per apartment.

Latest Check-out Date: Friday, July 31
GENERAL RATE
$237.00 nightly rate PER PERSON
Includes linens and breakfast. See details about breakfast under Add-Ons.
DISCOUNTED RATE
$189.00 nightly rate PER PERSON
14+ Nights: Guests staying for 14 or more nights are eligible for the Long Stay Rate.
GT Affiliate Rate: This includes students, alumni, staff, and faculty. You must provide a GTID to receive the discount.

CHECKING-IN
Check-in is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.
Guests arriving outside of normal check-in hours are considered late arrivals and will need to contact our team in advance at events@housing.gatech.edu or 404-894-2469.

Payment Deadlines and Refunds
Pre-Payment
A 25% pre-payment of your total invoice is required to secure your reservation.
Full Payment
The remaining balance of your invoice is due by 12:00 p.m. EST one business day prior to your check-in.
Example: If your check-in is on Sunday, June 7, you must submit your final payment by Friday, June 5 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be made via email events@housing.gatech.edu.
Cancellation and refund requests cannot be processed without a written notice of the request.
Refund requests for pre-payment must be emailed by 11:59 p.m. EST three days before check-in.
Example: If your check-in is on Sunday, June 7, you must request a refund for your pre-payment by Thursday, June 4 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Refund requests for final payments must be emailed by 11:59 p.m. EST the day before check-in.
Example: If your check-in is on Sunday, June 7, you must request a refund for your final payment by Saturday, June 6 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Add-Ons
Parking: Weekly parking passes can be purchased at registration for $35 per week (6 nights/7 days).
Meals: Breakfast funds ($11.77 per night) are included in the nightly rate. Additional Guest Institute Funds can be added equal to the amount of daily lunch, daily dinner, and/or a set dollar amount.
Guest Institute Funds are nonrefundable. This includes if you do not use all of your funds.
These funds can be used at our dining halls, vending machines, and other on-campus dining, excluding Tech Square dining locations and Chick-fil-A. To see some of the dining options, click here.
Please note that dining hours in the summer are limited and have not yet been announced.
Georgia Tech Students: Georgia Tech students are encouraged to add the GT Voluntary Student Fee in order to be eligible for all available services, e.g. intramurals.

If you would like to purchase parking or guest institute funds after you have completed your registration, contact events@housing.gatech.edu.
Accommodations
North Avenue Apartments (NAE/NAS) consist of four and six bedroom apartments. All residents of an apartment share a living room and kitchen, and two residents share one bath.
Bedrooms: twin bed (extra-long mattress), desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and dresser.
Living/dining spaces: sofa, chairs, side tables, and dining table with chairs.
Laundry: Located on the first floor, free of charge. Laundry instructions and laundry view can be found here
Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher, microwave, full-size stove, oven, and refrigerator.

Items to Bring
We recommend packing light, as we have easily accessible stores close to campus, so if you forget something, you can get it here! Storage in your room is limited to your wardrobe and under your bed. There are no storage rooms in any of our halls.
Recommended Personal Items
- shower caddy, soap, toiletries (Soccer Stays provides soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner)
- shower shoes
- power outlet strip (14- or 12-gauge wire)
- medicines, first aid kit
For longer stays:
- laundry bag, laundry detergent (regular and/or high-efficiency detergent works)
- all-purpose surface cleaner
- dehumidifier or air purifiers
*Towel, washcloth, pillow, pillow case, and sheets are included for all Soccer Stays Guests.
Apartment items (Please coordinate with your roommate on these items and ensure all items are certified “energy star” compliant):
- kitchen supplies: kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap, paper towels, ice trays, trash bags, dishes, utensils, cookware.
- bathroom supplies: toilet paper, toiletries, trash bags, towels, bathmat,
- bathroom and kitchen cleaning supplies: broom, mop & bucket, disinfectant, toilet brush, mirror/glass cleaner
- vacuum
- TV (32″ or smaller is suggested/DVD)
Prohibited Items
The items below are not permitted in the apartments. While we attempt to list as many non-permitted items that we know of, the list is not comprehensive; please contact Conference Services to ask about any items not listed that may be questionable.
- alcoholic beverages (if under 21 years of age)
- candles (battery operated only), fireworks, weapons, incense, halogen bulbs
- any appliance with an open or exposed heating element
- lofts
- masking tape, nails, other products which damage or deface painted walls
- pets
- personal door locks
- traditional extension cords
- wireless access points (see the GT Wireless and Walk-Up Network Access webpage for more information)
- pressure cookers / instant pot / air fryer
- 3D Printers
- PEVs (electronic scooters, bikes, skateboards, one-wheels, etc.)
