OUR MISSION
Georgia Tech Conference Services is dedicated to supporting educational conferences, camps, and programs by forging strategic partnerships with campus facilities and service providers to exceed expectations and generate revenue. We excel as the primary coordinator of campus resources, ensuring efficiency and quality for our diverse range of conference attendees. We foster community outreach and enhance the experience of Georgia Tech’s students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
2024 Snapshot
Last summer, we welcomed over 63 groups, hosted more than 45,000 bednights, and served over 32,000 meals. We also housed 508 interns and guests, and trained 35 student staff members, building strong leaders to ensure every event ran smoothly.

Meeting Spaces
HRL Meeting Spaces offer a modern, flexible environment perfect for both small team discussions and larger presentations, with state-of-the-art facilities to support collaboration and productivity.
Hosting Camps & Conferences with On-Campus Lodging
Our prime location in the heart of Atlanta means you’re just steps away from the city’s vibrant culture, dining, and attractions. Whether you’re hosting a small workshop or a large conference, we provide flexible accommodations and excellent facilities to meet your needs.
Summer Intern Lodging
The Intern Lodging Program is available to any university or college student (18+) interning with a company in the Atlanta area, regardless of school affiliation. This program provides lodging for interns.
Guest & Provost Housing
Guest housing is available for visiting scholars, faculty, HRL candidate interviewees, and employees.
Provost housing is offered for the convenience and recruitment of visiting faculty, providing comfortable accommodations during their stay.
Student Leadership & Service
We thrive on fostering student leadership and service, providing hands-on training that equips students with the skills they need for real-world careers. Through leadership roles and practical experience, our students gain valuable insight into professional environments, building confidence and skills that will set them up for success beyond graduation.
